Abigail is a project researcher for the HIV/AIDS Vaccines Ethics Group (HAVEG), based at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) in South Africa. Her work with HAVEG involves investigating the ethico-legal issues and complexities in clinical trials of HIV prevention. Currently, her research interests include Stakeholder Engagement as well as the role and functioning of RECs/ IRBs. Abigail is PhD candidate and an ad hoc lecturer at UKZN.
