The researchers should explore more why these stakeholders are against this study design. I think there may be gaps as far as understanding why this design is used in some trials. Therefore I would suggest adequate training and engagement of stakeholders as far as study design is concerned.

Being a CAB member is voluntary meaning they are doing voluntary work therefore these people are not paid. They are just given transport facilitation when they are required to gather for different research related activities.
