The HVTN 505 approach to the changing HIV prevention landscape provided a lot of insight. We know the IPM Dapivirine Vaginal ring received positive opinion from EMA.

What do you think if it were approved as a new HIV prevention tool for women during the PrEPVacc trial?

Dear Mable, i think this would require more engagements with the stakeholders to appreciate the trial design and the scientific value of blinding in clinical trials
