About the Instructors:

Dr. Betsy Tolley is a Senior Scientist and Director of a behavioral and social science research group at FHI 360. Betsy has used a range of research methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, scale development and human-centered design approaches) to examine the acceptability of and adherence to a contraceptive, HIV prevention and multipurpose prevention technologies.

Dr. Hilton Humphries is a Behavioural Scientist at Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) in Durban, South Africa. Hilton has a special interest in understanding the complex biopsychosocial risk pathways that drive the risk of negative sexual reproductive health outcomes in adolescents and young people.

Seth Zissette is a PhD student in Epidemiology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. His research has been focused on infectious disease epidemiology with specific training and expertise in research design; statistical, geospatial, and qualitative analysis; and cognitive assessment/scale development.
